Send your drawings through ProleanMFG’s quotation form, or email the contact team. Include material, quantity, finish and target delivery date. Engineering review comes before the quotation; submitting a request does not commit you to an order.

The ProleanMFG form accepts STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, STL, DXF, PDF and ZIP, plus supporting DOCX, JPG and PNG files. Where available, include a 3D model and dimensioned drawing. Identify the revision, critical dimensions and any special inspection requirements.

A useful quotation needs complete project information. If specifications are missing, the team may ask for clarification first. Request confirmation of the quotation timing for your project; do not treat a website estimate as an agreed price or delivery commitment.

ProleanMFG describes in-process and final inspection, with production traceability. Specify the records you need, such as dimensional results or material documentation, when requesting a quote. Confirm the inspection scope and any certification requirements for the actual production facility.

Material availability, geometry, quantity, finishing and inspection all affect scheduling. Give the team your required arrival date and ask for separate production and shipping estimates. Expedited work should be confirmed for the specific order before you rely on it.
