What every industry gets by default
- DFM before the quote is final. We flag features that will drive cost or scrap — deep pockets, thin walls, unnecessary GD&T — and propose an alternative before tooling starts.
- Certified material, traceable to the mill. Every batch carries a certificate; heat and lot numbers follow the part through machining and finishing.
- Documented inspection. First article inspection in the AS9102 format, ballooned drawings and full dimensional reports from CMM and optical measurement.
- Repeatable capacity. Prototypes today, low-volume next month, high-volume after that — the same fixture and program strategy scales with you.

Do you hold the certifications listed on these pages?
Certification scope differs by program and facility. Tell us which standard your purchasing team requires during quotation and we will confirm the applicable certificate, its registration number and its expiry before you commit.
Can you support both prototype and production volumes?
Yes. Most customers start with a handful of prototypes, move into low-volume production while validating the design, then transfer into a dedicated production cell with fixtures and inspection programs already built.
How fast can you quote a new part?
Simple machined parts are usually quoted within one business day from a 3D model (STEP or IGES) plus a drawing with tolerances and surface requirements.
Will you sign an NDA before reviewing our drawings?
Routinely. Send your NDA with the RFQ, or ask us for ours, and the engineering review starts immediately after signature.
