Precision CNC machining
from one prototype
to mass production
Custom metal and plastic parts machined in our own smart factory — CNC milling, turning, 5-axis and EDM, every part digitally tracked from material sourcing to delivery.

Seven ways to make your part
From a single functional prototype to 10,000+ production parts — pick the process, we handle the engineering, fixturing and inspection in-house.

CNC Milling
3-, 4- and 5-axis milling for complex geometries, pockets and precision faces.

From CAD file to doorstep in four steps
An engineer reviews every order before it reaches a machine — you get a manufacturability check for free, not an automated price that surprises you later.
Upload your CAD files
Upload STEP / IGES / SolidWorks files — multiple parts in one request. Our system analyses the design and returns a detailed cost estimate.
Choose process & material
Select from CNC machining and complementary processes, with 70+ metals and plastics to choose from — plus tolerances and surface finishes.
Order your parts online
Confirm and pay through our secure platform. Our engineers review your design to make sure it can be manufactured to your specification.
Receive your parts
Parts ship to your door with inspection documentation. Track your order at any time in your account.

What is CNC machining?
CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control: a subtractive manufacturing process in which pre-programmed software drives machine tools along a precise tool path. Because that path comes straight from your CAD file, every part in a batch is cut to the same dimensions — no operator judgement, no drift between units.
It is the process of choice when a part must hold tight tolerances, use a specific certified material, or survive a real operating environment. It covers turning, milling, 5-axis and EDM, and it scales from a single prototype to tens of thousands of parts without changing the underlying process.

Measured, documented, certified
Nothing ships on trust alone. Every order passes through our dedicated inspection room, with dimensional and material verification handled entirely in-house.
- CMM dimensional inspection (CROMA bridge)
- Spectrometer material verification (PMI)
- Rockwell & Vickers hardness testing
- Surface roughness measurement
- 2D optical & profile measurement
- RoHS & material certificates per order
