What These Pages Cover
What we build, how we route it and when each stage costs less than the alternatives.
Unity Manufacture runs three production lanes matched to part quantity. The same engineering review, the same CAD-to-print workflow, the same inspection regime. Cost, lead time and tooling amortisation change by lane.
Three production lanes
Rapid prototyping covers 1 to 10 pieces and is used for design validation, fit and functional tests, and presentations. Low-volume manufacturing covers roughly 10 to 10,000 pieces and uses soft tooling, vacuum casting and CNC process replicas. Mass production runs in cycles on injection moulding, die casting and progressive stamping for 10,000+ piece quantities.
Pick the Volume That Fits
Each lane is engineered for the unit-volume sweet spot below; the page dedicated to it shows typical lead times, tooling cost and design rules.
Rapid Prototyping
1 to 10 pieces. The fastest route to a real part in your hand.
Low-Volume Manufacturing
10 to 10,000 pieces via soft tooling, vacuum casting and CNC.
Mass Production
Production volumes via injection moulding, die casting and stamping.
